Terms & Conditions — b2000m Platform Agreement

1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "b2000m", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the b2000m gaming platform, operated at the domain https://b2000m.cam and all associated sub-domains and services.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who has registered, or is attempting to register, an account on the b2000m platform.
• "Account" — the personal account opened by a Player upon successful registration on b2000m, through which the Player may access games, deposit funds, and withdraw winnings.
• "Platform" — the website, mobile web application, and any associated software or interfaces through which b2000m offers gaming services.
• "Services" — all gaming products, sports betting markets, live casino tables, lottery games, and related features made available on the Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" — the Player's deposited funds held in their Account wallet, which may be used to place wagers.
• "Bonus Balance" — promotional credits or free-bet amounts credited to a Player's Account under a specific promotion, subject to bonus terms.
• "IDR" / "Rupiah" — Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency accepted for deposits, wagers, and withdrawals on b2000m.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and address verification process b2000m uses to confirm a Player's eligibility and identity before processing withdrawals.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a Player must wager a bonus amount before it can be converted to withdrawable funds.

2 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on b2000m, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform:

1. You are at least 21 years of age.
2. You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for individuals.
3. You are acting as a private individual and not on behalf of any commercial or professional entity.
4. You have not previously been self-excluded from b2000m or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.
5. You are the sole and authorized owner of the payment methods you use to deposit funds on the Platform.
6. You understand that online gaming carries financial risk, and you are prepared to accept that risk willingly and voluntarily.
7. You are not a director, officer, employee, contractor, or agent of b2000m, nor a close family member of any such individual.

b2000m reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide such documentation within 14 days of request may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your Account and withholding of funds pending review.

3 Account Registration

To access b2000m's real-money Services, you must create an Account by completing the registration process on the Platform. By registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself. You further agree to update such information promptly if it changes.

The following conditions govern Account registration and ongoing Account maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register only one Account on b2000m. Creating multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or through associated persons — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate Information: All registration details, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact information, must match your official identification documents. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. b2000m will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to protect your credentials.
• No Account Sharing: You may not permit any other person to use your Account. You may not transfer, sell, or otherwise dispose of your Account to any third party.
• Account Suspension: b2000m reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if your continued use of the Platform poses a risk to b2000m or other Players.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

b2000m is committed to operating a secure, compliant platform. As part of our anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming obligations, we require all Players to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawal requests.

When you submit your first withdrawal request, or at any time during your use of the Platform if we deem it necessary, you will be asked to provide the following documents:

• Government-issued identification: A clear copy or photograph of your Indonesian national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's license showing your full name, date of birth, photograph, and expiration date.
• Proof of address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence issued within the last three months that clearly displays your name and residential address as declared during registration.
• Proof of payment method: If you are using a bank account or e-wallet in a name different from your registered name, we may request proof of ownership or authorization to use that payment method.

All documents must be legible, unaltered, and valid at the time of submission. b2000m reserves the right to reject documents that do not meet these standards and request resubmission. Your Account will remain subject to withdrawal restrictions until KYC is successfully completed. We aim to complete KYC reviews within 24 hours of receiving complete and clear documentation.

5 Deposits

b2000m accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following approved payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10,000. The maximum deposit varies by payment method and is displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction.

Key deposit rules:

• Payment Method Ownership: You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be rejected. If third-party deposits are detected after funds have been credited, b2000m reserves the right to freeze your Account and return the funds to the original source.
• Processing Time: Most deposits are credited instantly. In rare cases where a delay occurs due to banking system maintenance or technical issues, deposits may take up to 15 minutes. If a deposit has not appeared in your Account after 15 minutes, contact support immediately.
• Deposit Disputes: If you believe a deposit has been debited from your bank or e-wallet account but not credited to your b2000m Account, you must contact support within 48 hours of the transaction with proof of payment. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for investigation.
• Deposit Limits: b2000m offers responsible gaming deposit limits that you may set on your Account. Once a deposit limit is active, it cannot be increased for 24 hours. Decreases to deposit limits take effect immediately.

6 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to successful completion of KYC verification and compliance with these Terms. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. b2000m processes most withdrawal requests within 5 minutes during normal operating conditions.

Withdrawal conditions:

• Same Payment Method: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless that method is no longer available or does not support payouts, in which case an alternative method may be requested via support.
• Wagering Requirement for Deposits: All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x turnover) before withdrawal is permitted. This rule is in place to prevent misuse of the Platform for money laundering purposes.
• Pending Bonus Balances: If you have an active Bonus Balance with outstanding wagering requirements, you may not withdraw your Real Money Balance until you either complete the bonus wagering or forfeit the bonus.
• Withdrawal Fees: b2000m does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose its own transfer fees, which are beyond our control.
• Withdrawal Delays: b2000m reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for up to 7 business days if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms. You will be notified by email if your withdrawal is subject to review.
• Reversal of Withdrawals: Once a withdrawal has been processed and transferred to your bank account or e-wallet, it cannot be reversed or recalled. Ensure your withdrawal details are correct before confirming the request.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

b2000m periodically offers bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits to Players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. By claiming a bonus, you agree to the applicable bonus terms in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

General bonus rules:

• One Bonus Per Player: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each Player is entitled to one instance of any given promotion. Creating multiple Accounts to claim multiple bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement (also called rollover or turnover requirement), expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 10x, 20x, 30x). You must wager the bonus amount the specified number of times on eligible games before you may withdraw any winnings derived from the bonus.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino, table games, and sports betting may contribute less (e.g., 10%-50%) or not at all. Check the specific bonus terms for contribution rates.
• Maximum Bet Limits: While wagering a bonus, you may be subject to a maximum bet limit (e.g., no single bet exceeding Rp 50,000). Placing bets in excess of the limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Time Limits: Bonuses and their wagering requirements must be completed within a specified time period (e.g., 7 days, 30 days). Failure to complete wagering within the time limit will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Bonus Abuse: b2000m employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse. Activities such as hedging bets, low-risk betting strategies, irregular betting patterns, or collusion with other Players may be classified as bonus abuse. If we determine that you have abused a bonus, we reserve the right to forfeit your bonus balance, void associated winnings, and suspend or terminate your Account.

8 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the b2000m Platform:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Creating multiple Accounts or allowing another person to use your Account.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets, manipulate outcomes, or gain unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game results, share information, or coordinate bets.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds or payouts, or other technical vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Using VPN, proxy, or location-masking services to circumvent geographic restrictions or conceal your true location.
• Chargebacks or reversal of payments after funds have been credited and used for wagering.
• Uploading, posting, or transmitting any content that is defamatory, offensive, abusive, or infringes the rights of others.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the operation of the Platform or its underlying systems.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances. b2000m reserves the right to pursue legal action against Players who engage in fraudulent or criminal conduct.

9 Intellectual Property

All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, and materials available on the b2000m Platform are the exclusive property of b2000m or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. The b2000m brand name, logo, and all associated design elements are registered trademarks.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal gaming purposes only. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform.
• Use the b2000m name, logo, or trademarks without prior written consent.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on another website.
• Decompile, reverse-engineer, or disassemble any software or code provided through the Platform.

Unauthorized use of b2000m's intellectual property may result in legal action and claims for damages.

10 Limitations of Liability

b2000m provides the Platform and Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, or fitness for purpose of the Platform. To the fullest extent permitted by law, b2000m disclaims all liability for:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or funds due to technical failures, server downtime, or software errors.
• Losses arising from your use or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or third-party payment processing delays.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.
• Errors in odds, payouts, or game results caused by software bugs or human error. In such cases, b2000m reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
• Actions taken by third-party service providers, including payment processors, game providers, or telecommunications companies.

In no event shall b2000m's total liability to you exceed the amount of funds deposited into your Account during the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

b2000m is committed to protecting your personal information. We collect, process, and store your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including but not limited to:

• Identity verification (KYC) and anti-fraud checks.
• Communication regarding your Account, transactions, and promotional offers.
• Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.
• Improvement of our Services through analytics and user behavior monitoring.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting support. Note that deletion of your data will result in permanent closure of your Account.

12 Amendments to Terms

b2000m reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and notify registered Players via email or Platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with your use of the b2000m Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which b2000m holds its gaming license.

In the event of a dispute between you and b2000m, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation by contacting our support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 14 business days, either party may escalate the matter to binding arbitration.

You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against b2000m. All disputes must be resolved on an individual basis.
